World Partnership Walk
For more than a decade, UVic has supported the , a global initiative led by the Aga Khan Foundation Canada to fight poverty and improve the quality of life for millions in Africa and Asia.
This year, the walk is once again being supported by UVic and we’re hoping to maintain our position as the top Canadian post-secondary fundraising team!
We will end our campaign with a mini-walk on campus on Friday, May 23 at noon (meet in the lobby of JCC).

There are many ways to support the UVic World Partnership Walk Team:

- We'll be walking around Ring Road on May 23 from noon to 1 p.m. (meet in the lobby of the Jamie Cassels Centre).
- Support the UVic Team by .
- Buy samosas to support UVic's team!
- Students can also volunteer to support the WPW and earn a Co-Curricular Credit!
Samosa sale
To raise money for the Walk, UVic Co-op and Career is selling delicious homemade samosas!
Samosas are sold by the dozen for $25. They're the perfect easy dinner or make a yummy gift! Vegetable and beef samosas are available.
Place your order by Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Pick up on Friday, May 23 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Jamie Cassels Centre.
