All Gender Single -User Washroom Reno
BEC Building, Level 2, Room 203.
Facilities Management will be working with K4 Construction Ltd. on the renovation of room 203 (multi-stall women washroom) from November 2025 through to February 2026. This renovation will reconfigure the multi-stall women washroom to create a single occupant all gender washroom and will include project site hoarding.
The renovation will also involve construction activities in the multi-stall women washroom located in level 1, room 103. The impact on this washroom is expected to be minimal; any necessary closures will be notified in advance.
The project includes the Contractor Mobilization area shown on the attached map.
The multi-stall women washroom (room 203) will remain closed during the renovation; the contractor will prioritize work on this washroom to open it to the public as soon as possible. The women’s washroom located on level 1 (room 103) level 3 (room 303) and level 4 (room 409) are alternate locations during this time frame.
