French as a second language
- Exchange students can take courses in French as a second language during the fall or winter sessions. The School of Languages charges an for Francais langue seconde (FLS) level courses.

- Courses offered through the Political Science department at the 樱花影视 and Université Laval have been pre-evaluated for transfer credit and academic equivalency.
- Other Laval courses in Social Sciences can be submitted for pre-evaluation to determine exchange credit.
- Exchange students will receive more information about courses and credits on exchange after they have been accepted into the ICS Exchange Program.
