Ridhee (she/her) is a MSc student under the supervision of Dr. Gerald Singh. Her research focuses on using machine learning to analyze concerns raised the public in environmental impact assessments (EIAs). She is specifically focusing on off-shore renewable energy projects and other non-renewable energy projects in BC. Her interests turned to the intersection between environmental studies and data science when she noticed the amount of data available in the field and the need for complete analysis for better decision making, specifically in EIA processes. Ridhee has some experience working on multiple software projects to promote sustainability in daily life and is looking forward to the interdisciplinary nature of her studies. Outside of school, you can find her reading or at a yoga studio. She is excited about living in 樱花影视 and adding some outdoor activities to her roster.
