Holiday office closure

December 12, 2025

Happy holidays!

Our office will be closed from Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at noon and will re-open on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 8:30 am.

Should you wish to make a donation for the 2025 tax year during our holiday closure, please use one of the following two options:

  1. Give online via this secure  by December 31, 2025.
  2. Mail a cheque, postmarked no later than December 31, 2025.

You will receive a tax receipt for the 2025 tax year as long as the postmark date is in 2025 (no matter what date we receive the envelope).

We know that many donors give during this time of year, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to support UVic students, research and programs.
