Law School Admission Test (LSAT) info

All applicants to the Faculty of Law must take the LSAT, administered by the .

Fee waiver

If you can’t afford the LSAT fee, apply to LSAC for a 4–6 weeks before your desired test’s registration deadline.

Academic evaluation

We don’t have set minimum GPA or LSAT scores. Both are weighted equally at 50%. 樱花影视 decisions are based both on traditional academic metrics and a holistic review, demonstrating potential for success.

Competitiveness varies each year based on the applicant pool.

We do not publish admission data for UVic Law to maintain applicant privacy. Our admissions process considers multiple factors to determine your eligibility for law school.

LSAT & Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) requirements

  • all applicants must take the LSAT
  • the LSAT has 2 parts: a scored multiple-choice section and an unscored LSAT Writing
  • we accept LSAT scores up to 5 years old
  • TOEFL scores must be from the past 2 years

  • January is the last LSAT date accepted for September admission
  • if you’ve taken the LSAT more than once, we use your highest score
  • if you write the LSAT after applying, we’ll update your application with new scores—make sure to include your LSAC number
