Biography
Andrew Luesley is an Assistant Professor at the 樱花影视 Faculty of Law. His teaching and research focus on contract law, remedies, and the legal challenges posed by emerging technologies, including blockchain and crypto commerce. He holds a JD and LLM from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC and is completing his PhD on good faith in crypto contracting. Before joining UVic, he taught at Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking for his family, travelling, and learning mandarin.
