Law & Society graduate programs

Our interdisciplinary programs explore law in relation to society. You’ll focus on your area of interest, receive strong mentorship and gain the skills to lead and create change with legal expertise.

The thesis-based master’s program offers a broad view of Canadian, international and comparative law. In the PhD program, you’ll learn applied legal methods and conduct original research, culminating in a candidacy exam and dissertation.
